Our rotors feature robust squirrel-cage designs. Cast aluminum rotors are produced using centrifugal casting or advanced high-pressure die-casting techniques. This merges the rotor bars and end rings into a unified, high-integrity unit to improve starting torque. For high-output applications, we use hand-inserted copper bar rotors featuring custom alloy end rings welded via precise automated procedures. High-speed motors also utilize custom-alloy retaining rings to prevent centripetal rotor displacement during dynamic acceleration.
Our stator coils use high-grade polyester-imide enameled wire, insulated with medium-powdered or low-powder mica tape containing high-density mica. We apply a full VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) process, pulling a deep vacuum before injecting solvent-free epoxy resin.
