Stator Core & Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI)

Our stator coils are engineered using high-content, low-powder or medium-powdered mica tapes reinforced with high-tensile glass cloth and polyester film. The entire wound assembly undergoes a computerized Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process.

This process eliminates air pockets within the insulation structure, ensuring high dielectric strength, thermal conductivity, moisture resistance, and mechanical rigidity under cyclical thermal stresses.

Advanced Rotor Engineering

Our rotors utilize squirrel cage configurations optimized for heavy starting torque. Medium-range motors feature centrifugally cast aluminum or die-cast aluminum rotors, integrating the rotor bars and end rings into a solid, virtually indestructible piece.

For larger-capacity high-voltage motors, custom copper bar rotors with precision welded end-rings and high-speed retaining rings are used, preventing bar deformation under high centrifugal forces.
