Product Description

The Y /YX series of motors adopt the internationally popular box-type structure. The base, end cover and other parts are welded with steel plates. The bearing adopts an end cover bearing device, which has the advantages of strong load capacity, easy maintenance and assembly. The motor is light and has good rigidity. After removing the cooler, you can observe or touch the inside of the motor, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
Rotor & Bearing Construction
Motor Rotor Structure
The motor rotor has two structures: cast aluminum and copper bar. The rotor cage bars, end rings and fan blades of the cast aluminum structure are cast in one time, which provides reliability and increases the rotational inertia of the allowable load. This cage rotor can be used in harsh environments and has good electrical performance. The rotor cage bars and end rings of the copper bar structure are welded by medium frequency welding, which has good quality and ensures reliable operation.
Bearing System
According to the power and speed of the motor, the bearings are in the form of rolling bearings and sliding bearings. The rolling bearings are equipped with non-stop oil injection and oil discharge devices, which can realize the maintenance and care of the motor by regular grease injection when the motor is running continuously. The sliding bearings are end cover type spherical sliding bearings, which adopt pressure oil supply lubrication, oil ring self-lubrication or composite lubrication, and measures are taken to prevent the generation of shaft current.

The Y/YX series of electric motors has the characteristics of lower center height, greater power, lower noise, safe and reliable operation, and convenient use and maintenance.
