2. Class H VPI Impregnated Stator Winding

Stator coils are wrapped using premium polyester films reinforced with glass cloth and high-density, low-powder mica tapes. Following assembly, the wound stator core undergoes an automated VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) cycle. VPI expels all micro-voids, replacing air pockets with solventless polymerizing resins.
