Our rotors feature a robust squirrel-cage design. For smaller applications, centrifugal aluminum casting or die-casting is used to integrate the rotor bars and end rings into a single piece. For larger high-voltage motors, copper bar rotors are used, utilizing reliable bar securing and advanced end-ring welding. A protective ring design is also applied to high-speed motors to ensure operational reliability.
The coils are made from polyester film reinforced with glass cloth and high-content mica tape. The stator undergoes a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process to create a dense, moisture-resistant, and high-dielectric winding. This design provides high insulation resistance, excellent mechanical strength, and reliable thermal stability during operation.
The motor frames are developed using structural and fluid multi-physics simulations to optimize heat dissipation and mechanical rigidity. Built from high-strength cast iron (with steel options available), the frame design minimizes vibration and helps keep motor temperature rises well within thermal class margins.
This system includes a dynamic fan cover, air guide cylinder, protective window, and silencer plate. The side-entry air inlet design optimizes airflow pathways and reduces energy loss and noise. The sound-absorbing materials inside help lower operational decibels, and the hood carries an IP22 safety rating to prevent accidental contact with the fan.
