The YBF series high-voltage flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor for fans is a new product designed and developed based on the high-voltage explosion-proof motor design and manufacturing technology introduced from Siemens, Germany, and many years of production and manufacturing experience. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, safe and reliable operation, and convenient use and maintenance, also ip55 induction motor protection types.
The YBF series high-voltage flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor for fans implements the standards GB3836.1-2000 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements” and GB3836.2-2000 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Flameproof Type “d”", and is made into a flameproof type with an explosion-proof mark of ExdI. It is mainly used as the prime mover of the fan.
* The motors in this series with frame sizes of 400-450 use IC411 cooling method; the motors with frame sizes of 560-900 use IC511 cooling method.
