Our motors are manufactured on digital design platforms utilizing multi-physics simulation software. This ensures long-term reliability and thermal performance under demanding operating conditions.
The rotor features a squirrel cage design. Cast aluminum rotors are produced using centrifugal casting or die-casting techniques, integrating the rotor bars and end rings into a single-piece construction. This structural design provides high torque properties and reliability. For larger capacity motors, copper bar rotors with welded end rings are used to ensure stable electrical connections. The protective ring design of high-speed motors further ensures the reliable operation of the copper bar rotor.
The stator coil is crafted from polyester film and reinforced with glass cloth, using low-powder mica tape with high mica content or medium-powdered mica tape. Following the VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) process, the coils are fully treated to enhance electrical performance, mechanical strength, moisture resistance, and thermal stability.
The motor frame is designed using structural and fluid multi-physics simulations. Constructed from high-strength cast iron (or steel as an alternative), the frame features structural redundancy, high heat dissipation surface areas, and inherent frequency isolation. This allows the motor to endure significant mechanical shocks and operate with low vibration levels and controlled temperature rises.
The low-noise fan cover system comprises a fan cover body, an air guide cylinder, a protective window, and a silencer plate. The side-entry air inlet design optimizes ventilation pathways and reduces noise caused by airflow turbulence. The system incorporates sound-absorbing materials to lower overall motor noise. The fan cover is rated IP22, preventing accidental contact with the rotating fan blades.
