1. Precision Squirrel-Cage Rotor Technology

Our rotors feature a robust squirrel-cage design. For low-voltage, standard-performance motors, we use high-grade centrifugal cast aluminum and die-casting techniques. Pure molten aluminum is injected directly into the rotor slots, forming a single component that integrates the bars and end rings. 2. Advanced VPI Stator Insulation System

The stator winding is insulated using high-content mica tapes, structured with polyester film and glass-fiber backing. Once wound, the entire stator core undergoes the Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process using high-grade, solventless resins.

The VPI process extracts air and moisture from the stator slots and fills the gaps with insulation material.
