Our rotors use a squirrel-cage design, with cast aluminum rotors widely utilized for general duty applications. These are produced using centrifugal casting or high-pressure die-casting, where molten pure aluminum is poured into the rotor core slots. This yields a single-piece construction integrating the rotor bars and end rings, ensuring mechanical integrity and starting torque properties.
For high-capacity or heavy-start motors, we employ copper bar rotors featuring welded copper bars and end rings. A protective retaining ring design on high-speed configurations prevents centrifugal deformation, providing stability under variable frequency operations.
The stator windings are insulated using polyester film combined with high-grade glass cloth, wrapped with medium-to-high content mica tapes. The entire assembly undergoes a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process.
This process eliminates air pockets within the slots, resulting in a solid, moisture-resistant winding. The insulation system is engineered for thermal stability, mechanical strength under electromagnetic stress, and resistance to environmental moisture, meeting Class F or Class H limits.
Designed using digital structural and fluid multi-physics simulation platforms, the frame is cast from high-strength gray cast iron or welded steel plates. The design features structural redundancy and cooling fin configurations to optimize heat dissipation.
The frame is built to withstand internal explosion pressures without deformation, preventing gas transmission to the outside. Vibration damping design isolates natural frequencies, reducing mechanical noise and bearing wear.
The low-noise fan cover system consists of a structured fan cover body, an air guide cylinder, a protective window, and a silencer plate. Its lightweight design reduces vibration. A side-inlet design optimizes air routing, bypassing obstacles behind the motor and reducing energy-loss noise.
Sound-absorbing linings damp high-frequency blade noise. The assembly is rated IP22, preventing foreign contact while maintaining cooling airflow.
