The insulation system utilizes low-powder or medium-powder mica tape backed with high-tensile glass cloth and polyester film. Following structural winding, the entire stator core undergoes the Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process, resulting in a dense, void-free insulation barrier.
