Our rotors are built using a rugged squirrel-cage design, utilizing high-grade cast aluminum or dynamic copper-bar construction based on duty cycle demands. For larger high-voltage applications, copper-bar rotors are utilized. We apply advanced mid-frequency induction welding to secure the copper bars to the end-rings, preventing structural fatigue from cyclic thermal expansion. The stator core is built using high-permeability, low-loss silicon steel laminations, insulated on both sides to minimize eddy current losses.
