Cast-aluminum rotors are manufactured via centrifugal and high-pressure die casting to form integrated conductor bars and end rings, delivering stable startup torque. The stator windings are constructed using high-grade copper wires insulated with premium mica and polyester tape. The complete assembly undergoes a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process to seal the coils.
